Classic Wedges

The Peygran LS Classic Wedges are the standard reusable wedge component of the LS Classic tile leveling system. Made from high-strength black polymer, these wedges deliver reliable, consistent pressure to align tiles and eliminate lippage across floor and wall installations.

Robust Black Polymer Construction: Engineered from a reinforced polymer compound that withstands the compressive forces of tile leveling without deforming. The black color provides high visibility against most tile surfaces, making it easy to locate and remove wedges after the adhesive has cured.

Serrated Grip Design: The top surface features precision-molded serrations that lock progressively into the clip stem as the wedge is inserted. This prevents slippage and allows installers to fine-tune the leveling pressure with the pliers, ensuring both tiles sit perfectly flush.

How to Use: After placing the LS Classic clip at the tile junction, insert the black wedge into the clip stem. Use the Peygran leveling pliers to tighten the wedge until both adjacent tiles are perfectly aligned. Once the adhesive has fully cured, remove the wedge and clip assembly by tapping laterally in the direction of the grout joint, or by using the pliers to pull the wedge free. Collect and reuse the wedges for the next installation.
